Rent is per girl, per month. The cooler, the geyser and the air conditioning are charged on top, and each room card says exactly how much.
What the rent already covers
You pay the rent and nothing else up front. There is no security deposit, no registration or admission fee, no maintenance fee and no advance rent.

Only three things are charged on top of the rent. A cooler costs between ₹150 and ₹500 a month depending on the room. A geyser costs ₹300 a month per girl in winter. In the air-conditioned rooms the AC runs on its own sub-meter, so you pay for what you use and nothing more.
